Mashed Potato

How to make mashed potato?

What You Need

Ingredients
2 teaspoons salt
1 large Yukon Gold potato per person (about 1/2 to 3/4 pound apiece)
1 tablespoon butter, or more as desired
1/2 cup milk or cream, or more as needed
1 ounce cream cheese (optional)
Freshly ground black pepper

Tools
3-quart pot (or larger)
Wooden spoon
Fork

Peel the potatoes. Cut them in half, then in quarters, lengthwise. Then cut the quarters into thin strips. You can chop them finer, if you feel like it; the finer they are, going into the water, the easier they will be to mash later. Slip the potatoes into the boiling water and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are falling-apart tender.

When the potatoes are quite soft, drain them completely and return them to the pan over medium heat. Add the butter and cook for a few minutes over medium heat (I used Vanilla flavor butter in mine but, its up to you what to use to make the pan non sticky :))

Just cook, stir, and smash....

When any remaining water has evaporated, and the potatoes are quite smashed up and smooth, Pour the milk in slowly, stirring constantly. Keep stirring and cooking until the potatoes are quite hot, creamy, and smooth.

Taaaaadddaaaaaannn! This was my first time to cook mashed potato but, my sister told me it taste good. Sorrry for the low quality of photos (used Xperia x10i)

“Preserving Mankind with Kojie.san Men”

“How can one preserve the concept of manliness in this modern age of liberal views and cultural influences?”

What would really a girl like me tell about a man's view? If in fact, we have different views. I know most of the girls out there are concious of how they appear to everyone they met but, itsn't just girls need to be pleasant. Who would like to meet someone who don't have proper grooming? Ofcourse It must be a "Turn On" to a girl to meet a guy with a pleasing personality but nowadays it's not just the personality but, as well as the hygiene and looks count.

There's a saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" but, admit it we dont really do that instead we easily judge people how they exactly look because, as we know, how they present themselves to us shows who they are.

Let's preserve manliness in this modern age and help those who have poor hygiene to recommend them use Kojie.san.
